Mineral Based Baby Sunscreen Lotion

This mineral-based sunscreen lotion with SPF 50 and PA+++ protects the skin of babies from sunburn, tanning, and flaking and retains the natural texture and tone of the skin. As it is made specially to protect the skin of babies from the UVA and UVB rays of the sun, it is free from potentially toxic chemicals and does not trigger allergic reactions. It forms a sweat and humidity-resistant, protective sunscreen barrier on the skin that can last for up to two hours. The lightweight skin conditioning ingredients of the lotion reduce excessive moisture loss from the delicate skin so that the tender skin does not become dry and damaged due to sun exposure. This product does not contain mineral oil, paraben, phthalate, sulfate and silicone. It is a cruelty-free, vegan product. Mom & World is a part of PETA’s Beauty without Bunnies program and its products are not tested on animals.

Directions

To get the best result – it is recommended to apply the lotion on the exposed areas – where the skin gets sun-kissed. The best protection can be yielded when applied 15 minutes prior to the sun exposure. The lotion is smooth on application – and therefore, applying it thinly on the skin may not give the expected result. Thin layers on the skin might reduce the effectiveness of the protection.
